We love looking at the rooftop garden from anywhere in the home and that the garage is hidden. Sunlight is vital to us, the home has plenty. We achieve excellent airflow throughout. The interior colours, tones and materials, ensure a calming space. The design is timeless and comfortable year round. It feels tucked away in the Burleigh Hill. We love this home, it has exceeded all our expectations.”

‘The Grove’ is a new residential project located in the beachside suburban community of Burleigh Heads. The home is spacious, airy and light-filled with a strong connection to the landscape. It is nestled into its unique and natural context, backdropped by the ridge of the Burleigh Heads National Park.
The design response was a connection to place achieved by extending views and strengthening the relationship with the beautiful local context within a sub-tropical region. Views are maximised to the surrounding green spaces and sky all whilst maintaining privacy. A sub-tropical, outdoor lifestyle can be enjoyed year round.
A timeless, efficient, functional design that prioritises its relationship to landscape, context and climate to maximise site potential and budget, while enhancing liveability and positively contributing to the neighbourhood.
